Buyers send a basic quote request on Business Starter and Pro, or an itemized request for quotation (RFQ) with quantities and delivery context on Business Growth. No payment is involved at submission.

Open the request: items, quantities, specifications, timing and delivery context exactly as the buyer entered them. Assign it to a colleague on Business Growth.

You prepare and send the quotation

In your own tools, from your own email or phone. Nichevio does not price items, generate a quote document or send it.

You track where it stands

Move the RFQ from New to In progress, Quoted and Closed. Any order that follows is a separate arrangement between you and the buyer.
