Phishing or credential collectionPages that ask for sign-in codes, passwords, card numbers, UPI PINs or banking details, or that imitate a bank, a payment app or Nichevio.
ImpersonationA Profile pretending to be a person, brand, business or public body it is not.
Harmful or unsafe contentContent that is illegal, threatening, hateful or dangerous, or files that are unsafe to open.
Misuse of a Nichevio ProfileA fake business, misleading payment instructions, a payment link that leads somewhere else, or other use against the Acceptable Use rules.
A question about an Order you placed?If you have an ordinary question about an Order, booking or inquiry with a business that uses Nichevio, contact that business using the details on its Profile or your Order status page. This form is for reporting misuse, and it does not reach the business.
What happens next
- We review reports in the order and priority our rules set; serious safety issues are looked at first.
- If you gave an email address we may contact you for more information. We cannot promise an update on the outcome.
- We do not promise that content will be removed, or a time by which a review is complete. Actions follow our rules and the evidence.
