Add and Arrange Widgets on Your Profile

Design and Content · 4 min read

In short

Open your Profile’s Builder. Choose + Add Widget to pick a section from the library, use Move up and Move down to set the order, and use the show/hide toggle to park a Widget without deleting it. Changes go live when you choose Update & publish.

Before you start

  • A Profile in your Workspace (Profiles › open the Profile › Builder).
  • Some Widgets depend on the Profile type and plan. Business-only Widgets such as Menu, Product Catalog, RFQ and Locations / Branches appear on Business Profiles; Media Kit appears on Individual Profiles. Locked Widgets stay visible with an On Pro or On Growth badge and one upgrade path.

Steps

  1. Open the BuilderFrom the Profile overview choose Open Builder. The left column lists your Widgets in page order; the right column is a live preview with Phone and Desktop views.
  2. Add a WidgetChoose + Add Widget. The library (“Widgets are the sections of your public profile”) groups the eighteen Widgets, from Hero and About to Lead Form, Booking Request, Menu and Articles. Pick one; it is added at the bottom of your page.
  3. Arrange the orderUse Move up and Move down on each row. The order in the list is the order on the page, on phone and on desktop.
  4. Edit, hide or removeEdit opens the Widget’s content. The show/hide toggle keeps a Widget and its content but removes it from the public page. Remove deletes the Widget; structured content such as menu items or Articles stays in its own area.
  5. Publish the changeChoose Update & publish. Until then the public page keeps the last published version.

What to expect

  • The preview updates as you edit; the public page updates when you publish.
  • Lead Form, Booking Request and Newsletter Signup are collection forms. On a Free plan you may be able to set one up in draft and see it in the preview, but it does not appear on your public page and collects nothing. Public use starts on the eligible Starter plans, where each submission is saved as a Record.
  • Articles appears as a Widget once your plan includes Articles (Pro and higher).

Troubleshooting and limitations

A Widget is greyed out or shows On ProIt is included in a higher plan for this Profile family. The badge names the plan and links to Billing › Plans.
I cannot find Menu or Product CatalogThey are Business Widgets. Individual Profiles use Services, Portfolio / Gallery and Media Kit instead.
Hidden Widget still shows in the previewThe preview shows the draft including hidden state once you toggle it; the public page changes after Update & publish.
Team members cannot editEditing follows the member’s role. Viewers cannot change the Builder; Owners and Managers can publish.
