In short
In the Builder use Preview to switch between Phone and Desktop. Choose Publish profile; if a required step is missing the dialog lists it. Once live, Copy link gives you nichevio.com/yourname to share. Later edits go live with Update & publish.
Before you start
- A Profile with the required steps done: a template, basic info and a contact method. The Profile overview checklist shows what is left.
- Owners and Managers can publish. Team members and Viewers cannot.
Steps
- PreviewIn the Builder the preview column has Phone and Desktop views; Full Preview opens the page as a visitor would see it.
- PublishChoose Publish profile. If something required is missing the dialog titled “Almost there” lists it, for example “Add a contact method”. Otherwise confirm in “Publish profile?” and wait for “Your profile is live”.
- Copy and share your addressCopy link copies nichevio.com/yourname. Put it in your bios, listings, signature and printed material.
- Update laterAfter edits the button reads Update & publish. The public page keeps the previous version until you choose it.
What to expect
- The public page shows the published version; the Builder shows your draft.
- Unpublish hides the public page and keeps everything saved: “Unpublishing hides your public page but keeps everything saved.”
- On the Free plans Nichevio branding stays on the page. Removable branding starts on the Starter plans.
Troubleshooting and limitations
“Publishing is limited”Your role does not include publishing, or the Workspace has reached its published-Profile allowance on the Free plan. The dialog explains which.
My edits are not visibleChoose Update & publish. If you did and still see the old page, reload; a public page can take a short while to refresh.
The link shows a private pageThe Profile is unpublished. Publish it again from the Profile overview or the Builder.
