In short
Articles are longer pieces you publish on your own Profile. Open Articles in your dashboard, choose New Article, write it, then publish. Articles are included on Pro and Growth in both families: Pro allows 5 a month and 100 published in total; Growth allows 15 a month and 500 in total. Free and Starter do not include Articles.
Before you start
- A Profile on a plan that includes Articles: Individual Pro or Growth, or Business Pro or Growth. On Free and Starter the Articles area is visible with an On Pro badge.
- During an eligible 30-day trial of a Pro or Growth plan, the trial Profile can publish up to 5 Articles in total. A Starter trial does not include Articles.
- A title, the text and, if you want one, a cover image.
Steps
- Open ArticlesChoose Articles in the dashboard navigation. The first time, the area reads “No Articles yet. Your first Article can be simple.” Choose New Article.
- Write the ArticleAdd a title and the body. Headings and lists keep it readable on a phone. Add a cover image if you have one.
- Save or publishSave Draft keeps it private. Publish puts it on your Profile; for an Article that is already live the button reads Update.
- Check it on your ProfilePublished Articles appear at nichevio.com/yourname/articles and in the Articles Widget on your page if you have added it.
What to expect
- Drafts are visible only in your dashboard.
- Your allowance is shown in Billing › Usage, including “Articles this month”. Pro allows 5 a month and 100 published in total; Growth allows 15 a month and 500 in total.
- Articles are your own publication on your Profile. The Nichevio Blog, under Resources, is written by Nichevio.

Troubleshooting and limitations
New Article is not availableYour plan does not include Articles. The message reads “Articles are available on Pro and higher plans.” Compare plans under Billing › Plans.
I reached this month’s allowanceDrafts can still be written and saved. Publishing resumes next month, or sooner on a plan with a higher monthly allowance: Growth allows 15 a month.
I reached the total published limitPro allows 100 published Articles in total and Growth allows 500. Compare plans under Billing › Plans; beyond Growth, a custom plan sets its own allowance in the offer.
Publishing during a trialA trial Profile can publish up to 5 Articles in total, and only if the selected plan includes Articles. The lower of the plan’s allowance and the trial cap applies.
My plan endedIf a Profile drops below Pro, published Articles are hidden until the Profile is on Pro or higher again. They are not deleted immediately; see What Happens When Your Trial Ends.
