A published creator website at nichevio.com/yourname with a gallery of recent work, a Media Kit, a newsletter signup, a collaboration form and links to your platforms and shop.
- Your strongest recent pieces of work, with a caption each: up to 3 on Individual Free, up to 10 on Individual Starter
- The platforms you publish on and the formats you make
- The kinds of collaboration you accept, and the ones you do not
- A two-sentence bio written for a brand manager, not a fan
- Links to your shop, platforms and anything you sell elsewhere
1. What a media kit is, and what brands look for
A media kit answers the questions a brand asks before writing to you: Where do you publish? What formats do you make? Who is your audience, in words? What kinds of collaboration do you take? How do we reach you? Brands often read many of these, so keep yours short, current and specific.
Keep out anything you cannot stand behind. Follower counts change often, and brands can check them on the platform. Rates are better discussed once you know the brief. What belongs on the page is the shape of what you do, so that the first message you receive is already a good fit.
2. Plan the page order
A creator page has two readers: a fan who wants the latest work and the newsletter, and a brand that wants the kit and a way to write to you. Serve both with one order: Latest work, Media Kit, Newsletter, Work with me, Links.
On a phone the gallery comes first and the forms sit lower, where someone who has decided to act will scroll. On the desktop website the same Widgets spread across a wider grid, so the kit and the newsletter sit side by side.
3. Create your Creator Profile
- Create your account and WorkspaceSign up with your email; Nichevio uses a one-time email code instead of a password. The Workspace Username you choose is your dashboard address, not your public link.
- Choose Create your first profilePick the Individual family and the Creator type, then say what visitors should do: subscribe, see your work, or send a collaboration request. Nichevio builds a starter with a template and the recommended Widgets.
- Choose your Profile addressnichevio.com/yourname, subject to availability. Use the name people already know you by on your platforms.
4. Add your latest work with the Portfolio / Gallery Widget
In the Builder, use + Add Widget and choose Portfolio / Gallery. Add your strongest recent pieces with a short caption each (“Print · Monsoon series 03”, “Process video · ink wash”): up to 3 on Individual Free, up to 10 on Individual Starter and up to 50 on Individual Pro. Put it at the top of the page, directly under the Hero. Replace the oldest piece when you publish something new, so the gallery shows what you make now.
- Use the same crop ratio for all tiles so the grid reads cleanly.
- Captions should say what it is, not describe it. Brands scan for formats.
- Link the Hero button to the action you want most this month: Subscribe or Work with me.
5. Add the Media Kit Widget
Add the Media Kit Widget below the gallery. Fill in platforms, formats, the collaborations you take and how to work with you. Write it as rows a brand can read in ten seconds.
6. Collect subscribers and collaboration requests
Two forms do the work. The Newsletter Signup asks for an email and records the subscriber’s consent with the time and source. The Lead Form, titled something like “Work with me”, asks a brand for its name, email and the brief.
Both are saved as Records in your dashboard under Requests. You reply from your own inbox; Nichevio keeps the list and the status. Nichevio does not send your newsletter: when you are ready to write one, export the subscriber list and use the newsletter tool you prefer.
7. Link out to your shop and platforms
Use the Social Links Widget for your platforms and a Contact Card for email. If you sell prints or digital products, link to the shop where you already sell them. Nothing is sold on an Individual Profile; the link is a clear exit to the place that handles payment.
If you write longer pieces, Articles let you publish them on your own Profile at nichevio.com/yourname/articles. Articles start on Individual Pro, with 5 a month and 100 published in total; Individual Growth allows 15 a month and 500 in total.
8. Publish and move the link into your bios
Preview on the phone and desktop views, then choose Publish profile. Put the one address in every bio and in your video descriptions. From now on you change the page, not the bios.
Common mistakes and limitations
- A kit that was true last year. Review it every quarter, or whenever you add a platform or drop a format.
- A gallery with everything in it. A few strong, recent pieces say more than forty.
- No clear ask. Every page should have one primary button: Subscribe or Work with me.
- Numbers you cannot verify on the page. Leave them to the platform.
- Expecting Nichevio to send the newsletter. It saves subscribers and their consent; sending is done elsewhere.
- A premium template on a Free plan. Premium templates are included on Pro and Growth; Starter includes a selected set.
