In short
Nichevio has two plan families. Individual plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Growth) are for one person: a professional or a creator. Business plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Growth) are for a shop, restaurant, service business or supplier and add Branches, menus and catalogs, team seats and, on Growth, Orders and RFQs. Each Profile is subscribed separately.
Before you start
- Know which family your Profile is in; it is set when the Profile is created and shown on the Profile overview.
- Current prices are on the Pricing page and under Billing › Plans in your dashboard.
Steps
- Open Billing › PlansThe comparison shows the four plans for your Profile’s family and marks the current one.
- Read the row that matters to youForms that save Records start on Starter. Articles, internal notes and CSV export start on Pro. A custom domain, tracking and thank-you pages start on Growth. For Business Profiles, Orders, RFQ carts and manual payment instructions start on Business Growth.
- Choose a plan or start a trialA 30-day introductory trial is available for one eligible Starter, Pro or Growth plan. Trial billing details are confirmed during setup.
What to expect
- The plan applies to that Profile only. A second Profile in the same Workspace has its own plan.
- Your billing area shows the source of your current access: Free plan, Current subscription, 30-day trial, Custom plan or Special access.
- Growth is the highest self-serve plan. Beyond it, Individual Premium and Business Enterprise are custom plans offered only after a request and a written offer.

Troubleshooting and limitations
I need a feature from the other familyFamilies cannot be mixed on one Profile. Create a Profile of the other family in the same Workspace; it has its own plan.
What does a template have to do with my plan?Nothing beyond design. Basic templates are on every plan; premium templates are included on Pro and Growth, with a selected set on Starter. A template never adds features.
Can I pay once for the whole Workspace?No. Billing is per Profile. Creating a Workspace or an account costs nothing.
