In short
Under Business tools, add each location as a Branch with its address, hours and WhatsApp number. Your Offerings (menu items, products, services, RFQ items) are created once and assigned to Branches. On Business Pro and Growth a Branch can override an item’s price or availability.
Before you start
- A Business Profile. Business Free has one basic location; Business Starter includes one Branch; Business Pro three Branches with overrides; Business Growth five. Branch Capacity adds more on Pro and Growth.
- For each Branch: name, address, opening hours and the WhatsApp number that answers.
Steps
- Add a BranchOpen Business tools › Branches and add the Branch with its name, address, hours and WhatsApp number. The first Branch is marked as the main one.
- Create your Offerings onceOpen Business tools › Offerings. Filter by kind: Menu items, Products, Services or RFQ items. Add each item with its name, category, description, price and options, then Save Offering. The area reminds you: “One canonical item, assigned to Branches — never duplicated.”
- Assign Offerings to a BranchOpen the Branch editor. Each Offering shows Inherited (uses the Profile default), Custom for this Branch, or Not available at this Branch. Toggle availability per Branch; a newly enabled item inherits the Profile defaults.
- Override a price or availability (Business Pro and Growth)From the Branch editor open the Offering’s Overrides. Set a Branch price or mark it unavailable at that Branch. If the Profile default changes later, the Branch shows Override review so you can confirm or clear it.
What to expect
- Each public menu or catalog view belongs to one Branch, with that Branch’s prices, availability and WhatsApp number.
- Payment methods can also be inherited or set per Branch on Business Growth.
- Home shows reminders such as “Assign Offerings to <Branch>” when items are not yet available at a new Branch.
Troubleshooting and limitations
“At your Branch limit”Draft Branches over the limit stay saved and unpublished. Add Branch Capacity (Pro and Growth) or move to a plan with more Branches.
An item shows Override conflictThe Profile default changed after a Branch override was set. Open the override and confirm the Branch value or clear it to inherit.
Overrides are not availableBranch price and availability overrides start on Business Pro. On Business Starter every Branch shows the Profile defaults.
A customer sees the wrong BranchThe menu or store shows one Branch at a time and the customer switches Branch on the page. On Business Growth, switching Branch starts a new cart.
