1About This Policy
This policy applies to the website at nichevio.com, the sign-in pages, the Nichevio dashboard and public Profiles hosted by Nichevio, including Profiles shown on a custom domain connected through Nichevio. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
Terms such as Account, Profile, Profile owner and Visitor have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
2What These Technologies Are
- Cookie
- A small file a website stores in your browser so it can recognise the browser on later requests.

- Storage in your browser that is kept only until you close the tab.
- Local storage
- Storage in your browser that is kept until it is deleted.

- Scripts or requests that read or store information on your device, such as an automated check that distinguishes people from bots.
Cookies set by Nichevio on its own domain are first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company’s domain are third-party cookies.
3How We Use Them
Strictly necessary
These technologies are needed for a feature you ask for, such as signing in, completing additional security, keeping your cart or showing a form confirmation, or for keeping the Service secure. They are always on. Blocking them in your browser will stop those features from working.
Preferences (optional)
These remember a choice that makes the Service easier to use but is not required for it to work. We currently use one: a cookie that remembers the sign-in method you last used on your device. We set it only if you allow it.
Measurement
We count Profile views and key actions, such as form submissions, on our own servers. The count is sent without a cookie and without an identifier that recognises you or your device on a later visit. Nichevio’s own pages do not use third-party analytics cookies.
Advertising
Nichevio’s own pages do not use advertising cookies or advertising tags.

On secure connections, some cookie names begin with “__Secure-” or “__Host-”. These prefixes tell your browser to apply stricter security rules to the cookie. The cookies above are set by Nichevio, are not readable by other websites, and, except for the optional preference cookie, cannot be read by scripts on the page.
Cookie Settings also stores your choice on your device, so that we can respect it on later visits.
5Technologies Added by Profile Owners
Where the feature is available, a Profile owner on the Growth plan may add approved measurement or advertising integrations to their Profile, for example a tag manager container on a custom domain or a conversion tag from an advertising platform. Nichevio does not allow Profile owners to add other scripts of their own.
These integrations are chosen and controlled by the Profile owner, who is responsible for them and for the information they collect. They load only where Visitors have given any consent the law requires, and they do not load on Order status, payment instructions or payment proof pages.
If you have questions about these technologies on a particular Profile, contact the Profile owner.
6Links to Other Services
Profiles can link to other services, such as WhatsApp, a maps service or a payment app. Checkout for Nichevio subscriptions takes place on pages run by Dodo Payments, described in the Privacy Policy of Dodo Payments ↗. When you open those services, they may set their own cookies under their own policies, which Nichevio does not control.
7Your Choices
You can allow or refuse optional technologies in Cookie Settings. Optional technologies are off until you turn them on. Refusing them does not affect your access to Nichevio.
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer of every page. When you turn an optional technology off, we stop using it and remove the related cookie from your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in, complete security steps, keep a cart or see form confirmations.
8Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when we add, change or remove a technology. The version and date at the top of this page show which version applies. If we add a new optional technology, we will ask for your choice again before we use it.
